- Meeting the client, briefing on the service offerings. Understanding client’s requirement and sending business proposals with due approval of higher officials.
- Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms & conditions with the client in line with the company policies.
- Procuring assignments with clarity in terms of Scope of work and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain cordial client relations to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads for other service offerings across the company.
- Ensure client’s queries are handled as and when arise and resolved within stipulated time.
