  •   Ensure that the company’s QMS conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements
  •   etermine customer expectations and implement measures to identify and subsequently meet both individual andcommon requirements
  •   Heavily contribute in the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes that directly affect the
  •   quality of company’s products
  •   Working with customers, employees, contractors, and strategic partners to develop and maintaincomprehensive risk assessments
  •   Oversee inspection of materials produced globally, ensuring that they meet company requirements
  •   Responsible for non-conformance processes and will drive all subsequent actions
  •   Lead a team of quality custodians and internal auditors
  •   Conduct regular quality review meetings for all regional and global teams
  •   Report to Senior Management on the performance of our QMS and share updates on continual improvement initiatives.
  •   Keep up to date on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with regard to product (service) quality
  •   Contribute to maintaining our customer-focused culture within the company
  •   Effectively implement ISO 9001 across designated regions to gain global accreditation
  •   Drive quality programs within all regions to deliver continuous improvements and achieve internally agreed quality levels
  •   Ensure all quality documents are fully maintained via our QMS

  •   8+ years of experience in QA with Masters degree in Operations Management
  •   Excellent communications including customer interface, written & verbal.
  •   Ability to work in conjunction with multiple teams on a global scale
  •   Ability to communicate clearly at all levels
  •   Self-motivated and passionate with a drive for success
  •   Must be industry aware; current affairs, quality control processes and general technology trends
  •   Demonstrate strong ability in building presentation materials and able to comfortably present face to face orvia online meetings platforms
  •   Experience in Internal auditing
  •   Knowledge of ISO9001 Standards and requirements
