  •   Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
  •   Generate new sales with each client account
  •   Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek avenues to gain new potential clients
  •   Negotiate contracts with clients; establish timeline of performance
  •   Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
  •   Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products / services according to clients’ needs and objectives
  •   Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  •   Forecast and track key account performance
  •   Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  •   Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  •   Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  •   Monitor and analyze client’s usage of our product / service
  •   Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  •   Work with managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all sales needs met.
  •   Liaise between the client and internal teams
  •   Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines

  •   Graduate / Post-graduate degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
  •   5 – 8 years of previous work experience in sales, management, account management, or relevant experience
  •   Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills
  •   Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  •   Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  •   Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  •   Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  •   Ability to multi-task and manage more than one client account with an ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  •   Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals

  •   Critical thinking and problem solving skills
