Job Description
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
- Sourcing suitable candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applicationsand briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team / client
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Build talent pipeline through alternate sources/innovate methods.
- Keep track of hiring trends and share data& analytics with both internal & external Stakeholders.
- Conducting periodic reviews with clients to review performance, project progress, and identify areas for improvement
- Resolving any client queries or escalations
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Achieve Gross Profit & Volume targets of hires on monthly basis.
