- You’ll will be chartered to grow existing clients as well as driving strategic new businessengagements
- Your role will focus on understanding broader clientsolution requirements, aligning resources to create them and then roll out the solution.
- You will own, grow and manage several large key accounts of the company.
- Develop strong relationships with operations and business teams to create successful customer engagementsand grow the revenue.
- Develops and executes a monthly and annual strategic growth plan for each assigned account
- Creating reporting and establishing KPI’s and success metrics for your function.
- Gather solution requirements. Conduct presentations of companies’ systems and capabilities
- Product training for our customer and partner organizations.
- Working with our partner ecosystem on sales and business development initiatives.
- Work on our planning process and help shape the strategies and tactics in the area of customer success andthen execute them. Drive the use of our CRM and business tools across your team and the broader team.
- Bringing your own ideas into a companies’ account management mix and objectively evaluating their efficacyand success.
- Expectation to lead account managers and operations managers on your team (2-3 FTE) and to grow your ownteam as our business continues to grow.
