The client required large number of positions to be filled up across department from Executive to Department Head Levels. The Skill Labs was on-boarded as a recruitment agency to support in their employee on-boarding targets.

Having a knowledge and experience to handle recruitments across various functions, The Skill Labs offered a complete recruitment solution to the client right from Sourcing to Offer Issuance and Closing including Compensation Negotiations with candidates. Across the continuous engagement period, The Skill Labs filled various position for the client from Specialist fields like (Software Developers, Creative Teams, 3D Teams, Production Teams, etc) to Generalist fields like (Finance, Client Service, Human Resource, etc).
Outcome
Multiple positions were filled as per the client’s requirement across departments. 5Departmental Heads, 28 Senior Managers, 7 Executives across various departments were hired which included 26 3D CGI Artists for their newly set up service vertical.
