Indian Print Converter

Background

A Gravure Print converter in India was launching a new division and required to build a team to integrate and run the division.

Requirement

The project required advisory on the Skill set required in the new division, helping them with identifying the division structure and recruiting the right fit talent.

Solution

The project was internalized at The Skill Labs and a team of HR Professional & Business Consultant with industry expertise was assigned. Basis the interview with multiple department and key stake holders of the company the end objectives were defined and understanding of infrastructure onboarded was gathered. The division structure was constructed.

  • Talent Assessment – Interviews with multiple existing employees inside the organization was conducted. The result was presented to the client with options of profiles that can be filled internally and profiles where talent need to be recruited from outside.
  • Recruitment – the recruitment exercise was undertaken and everything from Sourcing, Screening, Pre-interviews, Technical Test, Interview management etc was handled by us in close coordination with the client. All positions of Junior, Senior and Head Levels were filled within the project stipulated timelines of 3 months.
  • HR Support – an extended 3 month HR support was provided to the clients to help their existing employees adapt to the new division and be comfortable with the changed structure.

Outcome

The division was in place with the mix of existing & fresh talent. The retention of the employees is 100% even after 1 year.
